CUET,Common University Entrance Test is a national level exam for admission to undergraduate courses in 45 Central Universities of India, and some other participating institutes, including Jamia Milia,TISS etc. National Testing Agency (NTA) has been entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the CUET exam. CUET is not exactly a new examination. Earlier known as CUCET , the exam was introduced in 2010 for admission to undergraduate, integrated postgraduate and diploma/certificate courses to seven central universities. Students can gain admission to a wide range of cources through CUET 2023.The courses to which students can gain admission through CUET are decided by universities.
Pattern of Common University Entrance Test-2023
CUET(UG)-2023 will consist of the following 4 sections:
Section IA- 13 Languages Section IB-20 Languages
Section II-27 Domain-Specific Test Section III- General Test
CUET(UG)-2023 will be conducted in Computer based Test (CBT) mode
Candidates can choose a maximum of any two languages from section IA and section IB taken together
Section II offers 27 subjects, out of which a candidate may choose a maximum of 6 Domain Subjects.
Section III comprises General Test.(This is an Aptitude Test)

Maximum 6 out of a total of 27 Domain – Specific Tests to be chosen. Input text can be used for MCQ Based Questions;MCQs based on NCERT Class XII
No. of Questions: 40 out of 50 Questions to be attempted syllabus only.
Exam duration: 45 minutes for each Domain-Specific Subjects.
